1. What capacity you have ?

1.5ton/ 2ton/ 2.5ton/3ton and other models from 1.5ton to 5ton are all available.

Feel free to let us know what material you want to handle

2. How many working hours it can work/ and how many working hours to charge it?

We could have 3 options depending on your work shift:

A. 80V 150Ah lithium battery with 35A charger, can work for 4-5hours , with charging hours 5hours;

B. 80V 206Ah litium battery with 60A charger, can work for 5.5 hours, charging hour for 5.5hours;

C. 80V 280AH lithium battery with 100A charger, can work for 7.5hours , charging hours for 3hours.

Please check our sales team to confirm your work conditions;

3. What tires you use?

Standardly, we use pneumatic tires . but we can also open to solid tires, white-no mark tires etc.

4. What is your warranty?

Lithium battery banks always comes with 3-5 year warranty; while the forklift enjoys 1-year warranty. Open to prolonged warranty services.

5.What spare parts I need?

The electric forklift are designed to be easy-maintained that you can easily maintain by yourself via our maintenance guide.

The spare parts including dash board, charger, key switch, sensors etc can be found in our aftersale warehouse.

Within 7 days, new replacement would be sent out
