Q 1 .what the lifting height ?
A: The lifting height usually takes 800mm/1000mm/1300mm , max to 1600mm
Q2.Do you have the capacity at 2 ton, lifting height at 2 .8 M ?
A: No, the reasonable lifting height is below 1.6m, If over that , there some problems :
1. Overloading: If the stacker is overloaded with excessive weight, it will lead to operational inefficiencies and potentially damage the equipment.
2.Excessive lifting height and the need for additional counterweights: Increasing the lifting height should adding more counterweights to maintain stability, which, in turn, increases the overall weight of the equipment. This can make the operation cumbersome and less convenient.
3.Safety risks during loading: If the lifting height is too high, the center of gravity of the cargo can rise during the loading process, making it more prone to accidents. Particularly, when there's a manual pushing process during loading, the likelihood of the stacker tipping over may increase.
4.Unsuitable for specific working conditions: If the stacker's extension height is too high, it might not fit inside the cargo compartment of box-type trucks.
5.The design principle of self lifting stacker is focused on ease of operation, portability, compactness, and efficiency.
If additional weight or excessive lifting height is added, it would contradict the original design intent and result in counterproductive consequences, including wasted functionality, inconvenient operation, and misalignment with the intended purpose.
